Application
Magnetic induction differential pressure gauge is suitable for or measuring fan and blower pressure, filter resistance, wind speed, furnace pressure, orifice differential pressure, water level, and liquid pressure amplifier or hydraulic system pressure, etc. It is also used to detect the ratio of air to gas during combustion process. This product is a patented product of our company.
Theory
The magnetic induction differential pressure gauge is composed of a measuring system (joints, magnetic steel, etc.), a transmission system (magnetic steel component), an indicating parts (pointer and dial) and a casing (case, ring and glass). Different pressures make a set of magnetic steel, which is lined with PTFE, move in the stainless steel body and chang the induction among magnetic lines of force in different directions. This change drives the pointer to rotate and indicate the differential pressure.

Operation
■When installing or disassembling, don't pull the case of the gauge by hand, use a special wrench to install or disassemble.
■The pressure gauge should be installed horizontally or vertically.
■Please check the differential pressure range when you select models.
■Please ensure that there is no magnetic field interference around the instrument.
■The normal working environment temperature of the pressure gauge is -40°C~ +70 °C , and the relative humidity is not more than 85%.
